Celebrate a New Year’s Eve you will never forget with a first-class dinner in Operakällarens Matsal. Head chef Viktor Westerlind has created a special menu for this special occasion, based on the best of the season and classic courses from the past year – all topped with traditional luxury foods such as lobster, caviar, foi gras, and truffle. Sommelier Johan Iller will pair the menu with some very special first-class wines.
