The Chef des Cuisines and Gastronomic Director, Stefano Catenacci, and his staff guarantee to provide the highest level of culinary excellence for our dining guests. Our aim is to create a menu that reflects the coming and going of the seasons and their individual range of food products. Operkällaren can accommodate conferences for 300 delegates and receptions for up to 600 guests. Operakällaren is a popular site for corporate events, fashion shows, exclusive dinner parties with opulent buffets and stage performances.
